IBL HealthCare Limited (IBLHC) started its operations as a Private Limited Company in 1997, as a wholly owned subsidiary of The Searle Company Limited (TSCL). In 2009, IBLHC converted to a public limited company. The idea behind the creation of IBLHC is to tap the potential of HealthCare nutritional products and medical disposibles.IBL HealthCare works as a marketing affiliate and has shown consistent growth by marketing products under licensing agreements with reputable International companies like Mead Johnson Nutrition, Nestle Health Science, Meditech and Mepaco (Egypt). Based on consistent quality, professionalism and marketing ethics company successfully carved niche healthcare market in infant formula, adult nutrition and medical disposable products.
